Terms of use

1. Who these terms are with

These terms apply to your use of snksurfaces.co.uk and to any order or sample request you submit through it. This site is operated by SNK Surfaces Limited (company number 17089518), registered office 12 Station Street East, Coventry, CV6 5FJ. Contact us at info@snksurfaces.co.uk.

2. How ordering works on this site

This site does not take payment online. Adding a product to your request basket and submitting it sends an order or quote request to our team. It is not a binding order. Our team reviews stock, pricing and delivery before confirming anything with you directly, by phone or email. A contract for the sale of goods is only formed once we confirm your order in writing.

3. Trade accounts

Trade account registration is for genuine trade and commercial buyers. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. We can suspend or close an account we reasonably believe is being misused.

4. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including sizes, finishes and stock status. Natural stone varies piece to piece by its nature, and photographs are a guide to colour and finish rather than an exact match. Stock figures shown on the site reflect our records at the time and are confirmed again before an order is finalised.

5. Delivery

Delivery dates shown or discussed before an order is confirmed are estimates, not guarantees. See our Delivery Information page for how the delivery process works.

6. Intellectual property

The text, photography, and design of this site belong to SNK Surfaces or are used under licence. You may not copy or reuse them for another business without our written permission.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
